Note on Per Game Statistics
All on-field stats labelled "Per Game" should be interpreted as "Per Game, One Team", i.e. per offensive or defensive game. If, for example, all teams are averaging one home run per game, then the league average is considered to be the same, even though home runs would actually be hit at a rate of two per game -- one from each side.
Average Attendance (attendance per game) is the only stat presented that is denominated by the number of league games, as opposed to the total number of teams' games, which would be twice as many.
